HP Printer Roadshow
written on Monday, July 22, 2013 @ 7:11 AM ✈
One more week before the event officially ends. It has been a tiring 1 and a half month working but of course I am satisfied of the lucrative pay and all the hard work that has been put. It is a 8 hours job with 1 hour break time (4-5pm), I often got terribly hungry even before break time. Therefore I woke up super early in the morning and grab myself some breakfast before going to work.

"People change and forget to tell each other."
My loyal readers will probably notice the change of the male character in my blog posts recently. I bet you should know what it meant - "my previous relationship fell apart".
I did not talk about this for the past few months, because I wasn't ready, till now, I wasn't ready neither. But I just need to write something to make myself feel better. I am certain that not many people will read this as this blog are way dead, but I just need to rant off.
I have always been so public with my previous relationship; the pressure after we announced our separation was so intense because I honestly felt broken and falling in the eyes of the public. I had the longest relationship, about a year with this guy called M (I think he deserves his privacy so I shall not reveal his name). Our relationship was wonderful, it seems perfect and I had no idea that it will end up this way. It wasn't my decision, but his. Until now, I am still unsure what are the causes that made him made that decision. He says it will be good for me if we breakup, he says we both will live better without each other. And of course, many rumors circulating but I will keep everything to myself and I will not take count on what ever accusations that has been thrown on me.
I remember that night I was so tired with orientation week that I fell asleep without checking on my cellphone. The next morning only I stumbled on his text message. I was stunted. Nothing happened to me, I had no emotion I had no gestures, nothing. Until, my best friend knocked my room door, and I started to break down my walls and cry right in front of her.
I felt the relationship start going down the roller coaster when I have gotten an offer to pursue my bachelors degree in a public uni. And there so, the result of our long-term relationship ended in the first week of my uni life.
I had enjoyed my single life to the fullest after. I thought I will just leave it to faith to bump into my Mr. Right, and I will take my time this turn around to wait for the right person. Many guys come and go during this period of time. The decision making of accepting one really isn't as easy as it seems, because I felt that it was too early to commit into a new relationship. But then, here I am now, making a new story with this man that I dearly loved. The relationship got into the 7th month now, and hell, time passes so fast, like dragonflies.
I admit, this time, the relationship wasn't as spectacular as the previous ones. It is a long distance relationship, we had arguments most of the time, downturns basically 20 hours out of 24 hours per day. But we managed to survive through it. When I am writing this post, we are still in a cold war from the result of our argument this morning. Things may get ugly, it may turn sour; although I hope it stays on a happier end. Lets pray that things will get better when I wake up tomorrow morning.
Till then.
It's The Exam Week!
written on Sunday, June 2, 2013 @ 11:30 PM ✈
Final exam starts today.
And the first paper was Hubungan Etnik. I was actually terrified because I am clearly self-conscious that I am not the-memorize-and-vomit-out that kind of student. It turn out to be okay, because I read a lot of past years and hell yeah! thanks to the tips it all came out in the Subjective part.
Universiti Utara Malaysia is basically a self contained compound, it has everything including a mosque, a sports centre, a zoo, and even a golf field.
The lack of public transport in UUM would require you to go places by walking on foot in the sprawling 1061 hectare campus.
I have just gotten myself a Nokia Lumia 800 in skyblue and this awesome phone takes beautiful scenery picture! P.S: it doesn't even need a scenery mode or what.
SPECIFICATIONS
Nokia Lumia 800 - the first Nokia Windows Phone! Stephen Elop actually went so far as calling it "the first real Windows Phone". Available in black, cyan and magenta, it is crafted in the ergonomic pillow-shaped form of the Nokia N9, made out of deep-colored polycarbonate, and sporting a 3.7" 480x800 pixels ClearBlack display, as expected. The handset is 0.48" (12.1mm) thick, on 124g of weight. It is powered by a 1.4GHz processor, with 16GB of internal storage, 1540mAh battery and a microSIM slot. An 8MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens sports f/2.2 aperture and an optimized dual-LED flash aims to avoid washing out the details. A lot of the initial presentation was spent to tout features that already come with Windows Phone Mango - People Hub, Pictures Hub, Microsoft Office Hub, IE9 Mobile, Xbox Live, 25GB SkyDrive storage, etc. - which are a first for a Nokia handset, of course.
Photos below are taken during sunset while waiting for a bus to go back to hostel.
Love this shot the most, so Japanese street-ish.
Oopss, sorry for the candid shot
I have to be a good girl and start revising for the next exam paper. Till then, toodles!
Galaxy Note II + Full House @ PG Times Square
written on Saturday, March 16, 2013 @ 10:30 PM ✈
Bought myself a Galaxy Note II from babe Jxhia because simply wanted to try Android. It was considered an impulsive buy, as I immediately agreed to her offer on facebook even though I am currently using an iPhone 4 already. Anyways no try no gain.
Went and COD with her at Queensbay during nightime, just right after I reached Penang from UUM. I was so embarassed as I look so mushy and sluggish as I had a rough journey back Penang by bus :(
On the other hand, she looked like an angel zomg.
Here is the phone. She is such a nice and demure girl, nice dealing with her!

Went back home and instead of the owner playing with the phone, badao ong was hogging it the entire night.

Sunday Brunch
The next day, on Sunday, we decided to test out the camera, plus boyfie had bought a groupon deal RM30 cash voucher for RM60 @ Full House in Penang Times Square. I had bad experiences with the food there, but anyways the price is definitely an attraction, so why not.
Photos taken with stock camera

About the food: Overall I think they had improved alot on its dishes, eg. the Vongola Spaghetti was delicious
About the drinks: I chose their Roasted Milk Tea with Pearls as my beverage, however after ordering the waitress told me that they are out of pearl and without asking they just inform me that they automatically changed it into Juicy Pearls for me. When I tried it it tastes weird as those pearls once bitten, will taste sourly. Tastes like milkshake with sour cream.
About the camera: Suprisingly good, comes out nice provided it has good daylight lighting. I was impressed of the focusing as it was really accurate and precise. Definitely something good for camera fans out there haha.

2012 Year End Wrap
written on Monday, December 31, 2012 @ 6:18 AM ✈
二零一二年的最后一天~
我在做些什么?在宿舍,一个人上网,一个人读书。
What I had accomplished this year?
How many wonderful friends I met this year?
What did I learnt?
Who will I miss?
There are lotsa questions and flash backs going through my mind.
Answer:
I had accomplished things that I had always dreamt for, which was going into the university. Even though it wasn't the uni that I chose, but I took a leap of faith and decided to go for it.
I also had accomplished my mission of getting a proper job in an office, and I successfully went through 8 months of working experience with Impress LED Advertise. It was definitely a memorable moment - this was my first job other than all those sales promoter thing I did in the mall.
This photo was taken on the last day I serve as Admin Assst. in the company. The whole company made a farewell get-together on that night, and the venue is Love Bites @ Nagore Road.
From the left: Rio, Louise (up), Jchun (down), Kennedy, Kenny, Gary, Ilvan, Serene, Cindy, and me.

Talking bout my first accomplishment, which was getting into uni.
On the first day of uni life, I met this bright star, Sonam. Since then, we have both became close friends.
And also this lazy pig, Akemi Zhuzhu, my neighbour who constantly bombard and hijak my room.
Talking about accomplishment, getting a boyfriend is called accomplishment too? Then my last accomplishment would be meeting this guy here. My current boyfie, Jayson Goh.
2012 ends with me growing up to be a better person to face the real world. I learn how to be nonchalant when facing though situations, I learn to be independent and also the same time working with numerous people in the advertising industry. I also found out that, sometimes, people just come and go.
I am welcoming 2013 with open hands, hope 2013 would be much more better!

Finally, an update. Its been hell long.
Yeah, I am finally and officially an university student. The climb in secondary school is over, I'm def glad but tormenting at the same time, thinking about how studies will be like in uni.
So much things happen, yet so little space to pour everything out. Hmm, bit by bit.
How I felt:
1. It feels like hell when I first came in. Orientation week sucks, 1-2 hours of sleep every day.
Weeks later, I kinda got adapted to the lifestyle.
2. Bad quality of water, its yellow every morning.
3. Bad weather
4. Huge compound, walk by foot is needed 24/7
This is a picture of me after I got so tanned, thanks to all the walking and 'sunbathe' in UUM! Hhahahah
And and, this is my tiny room. Spot my kitty huh :)
This is how the sky looks like in Kedah
More update next time.

Shooting with a TTS inspired makeup, plus a bridal gown! I love how the gown drapes and its absolutely dreamy! How I wished I would be wearing it for my own wedding (which will not happen in 4-5 years time). I did some research on TTS/SNSD Tiffany's "Twinkle" look and I did my first try. Overall it looked pretty decent. Pictures below with extra thick bokeh filters..
An instant sneak preview, more coming up soon!

In the previous post you'll have probably notice ze boyfie bought me a fisheye camera.
About the camera: The Lomography Fisheye One Hello Kitty is a 35mm analogue camera with a built-in flash that captures photos in a fun, compact circular image.
I wanted it so much since long ago, and it finally got into my hands. Since that now both of us have analogue camera so he suggested we should go for a heritage trail on Saturday morning. It has been ages since I visited Georgetown, Penang after last years Georgetown festival, so I agreed and we set of after having breakfast at Subway 1st Avenue.
Pictures taken are solely original, washed out from films and scanned into the computer. See the wonders this camera can do.

we live under the same sky
“To put away aimlessness and weakness, and to begin to think with purpose, is to enter the ranks of those strong ones who only recognize failure as one of the pathways to attainment; who make all conditions serve them, and who think strongly, attempt fearlessly, and accomplish masterfully.”
- James Allen Quotes
Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me,
what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered
because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that
I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone
who is life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts
or at least we are getting there.
